5 cups of fresh broccoli

2 tbsp. butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
¼ tsp. minced garlic

1½ cups shredded cheddar
1 can of cream of celery or mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Oven to 350º F. Blanch the broccoli in a large bowl for 3 minutes and drain well.
In a frying pan, melt the butter. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the cheese and soup to the butter, onion, and garlic.
Add this sauce to the broccoli and stir.
Place in a casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes.
