2 pounds ground beef
2 envelopes Taco Seasoning4 eggs
3/4 cup 2% milk
1+1/4 Bisquick/ baking mix
dash of pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
2 to 3 cups chopped lettace
3/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cu[ chopped green onions
2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400º.

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, then drain.
Add taco seasoning & prepare according to pky directions. Spoon meat into a greased 13x9 baking dish.

In a large bowl, beat eggs & milk, Stir in bisquit mix & pepper. Pour over the meat.

Bake uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until thermometer read 160º. Cool for 5-10 minutes

Spread sour cream over the top; sprinkle with lettace, tomato, green pepper & cheese
