1 lb. fresh spinach
1 pt. strawberries
1/2 c. toasted pecans
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter

DRESSING
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1/3 c. red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry spinach and strawberries. Store in refrigerator in plastic bag with paper towels until ready to serve. Brown pecans in oven at 350º for about 7 minutes. Set aside on paper towels to drain. Combine dressing ingredients and stir until dissolved. Add dressing and pecans to spinach and strawberries just before serving. DELICIOUS! NOTE: Be sure to shake dressing vigorously before adding to salad ingredients.
