2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
dash of salt
8 strips of bacon, cooked & crumbled

FROSTING:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups confectioner's sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 to 4 TB 2% milk
6 bacon strips, cooked & crumbled

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line 1 13x9 pan with parchment paper, letting the ends extend up & slightly over sides. Grease the paper/

In a large bowl, beat brown sugar & butter until blended. Beat in eggs & vanilla.
In another bowl, whisk flour, b.powder, b. soda & salt. Gradually beat into sugar mixture then fold in the bacon.

Spread into prepared pan & bake 25 to 30 minutesor until toothpick inserted comes out clean. DO NOT OVERBAKE.Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Then lift by parchment paper to remove from pan.

For frostingL in large bowl, beat peanut butter & butter until blended.Gradually beat in sugar, vanilla & enough milk ro reach desired consistency. Frost the blondies then sprinkle bacon on top.Cut into bars & refrigerate the leftovers.
