Brussel sprouts
Bay leaf
Sage, fresh
Garlic, whole, peeled
Olive oil
Lemon, sliced

Dressing:

Bacon bits
Butter
Salt & pepper
Chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and wash Brussel sprouts. If they are large cut in half. Toss Brussel sprouts and other ingredients together in bowl until well coated. Use more or less depending upon how many Brussel sprouts are being prepared. With parchment paper or foil, wrap ingredients; place lemon slice on top and fold to seal. Bake at 350 degress for 30 minutes (or until they smell). It took one hour for a large batch to cook.

In a pan add butter, bacon bits, chicken stock, salt and pepper. Sauté until big bubbles appear. Add Brussel sprouts and mix to coat. Serve warm.
