1 lb sugar cubes
1 lb brown sugar
1 lb butter
1 qt vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Add sugar cubes, be sure they are dissolved before adding brown sugar. Add ice cream and mix until melted and throughly incorporated. Store in the refrigerator.

To serve:

Use a coffee mug, add a tablespoon of mix to one shot of rum. Add hot water. Stir to mix. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Makes a large quantity and can be divided into pint or half-pint jars and given as gifts for the holidays. Try with Fireball whiskey or as ice cream topping.
