1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
½ cup butter, softened
¼ tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 box Super Moist Yellow cake mix
Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat oven to 375ºF
2) In food processor beat together butter and cream cheese, add vanilla and egg. Add cake mix. process until well blended.
3) Shape dough into 1 inch balls, roll in powdered sugar to coat. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
4) Bake 11-15 minutes or until set. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.
