Ingredients:  
1 uncooked pie crust
1 4oz. Bakers German chocolate
¼ c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
coconut
chopped pecans
almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cream eggs, sugar, flour, and vanilla. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave for 2½ minutes and add to egg and flour mixture, add milk and beat well. Pour into pie crust, sprinkle with coconut and pecans.
Bake 1 hour at 375º or until set.



Coconut Almond Pie:
Leave out chocolate and butter, add 1 c. coconut and 1/2 tsp. almond extract (instead of vanilla)
Add coconut to top and blanched almonds.
You can switch out chocolate and butter for fruit- peach or blackberry
