10 oz. bow tie pasta (about 4 cups)
2 c cooked and cooled, diced chicken breasts
12 oz (about 2 cups) red grapes, halved
1/2 c diced celery
3/4 sliced almonds
2 T sliced green onions
1/3 c dried fruit (if desired) can use cranberries, cherries, blueberries

Dressing:
1/2 c fat free plain greek yogurt
1/2 c full fat mayonnaise
3 T white or apple cider vinegar
3 T honey
2 T sugar
1 1/2 T poppy seeds
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta to al dente in salted boiling water according to directions on package. Drain then rinse with cold water and let drain. Set aside and cool.

For the dressing:
Whisk together yogurt, mayo, vinegar, honey, sugar, poppy seeds and salt.

Add drained pasta to salad bowl and add chicken, grapes, celery, almonds, green onion, and fruit. Pour dressing over top and toss evenly. Chill at least 30 minutes or up to one day before serving.

Serve chilled.
