1 Stick Butter
1 Tablespoon Milk
¾ Cup Brown Sugar
¼ Cup White Sugar
1 Egg
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1⅓ Cup Gluten Free Flour
¼ Cup Almond Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:

1. Mix flours, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk constantly until butter is browned. Remove immediately and transfer to large bowl. Add sugars and milk and whisk until smooth and creamy.
3. Add egg and vanilla and whisk until smooth.
4. Fold dry ingredients into butter mixture and add chocolate chips and fold gently until well mixed.
5. Cover bowl and let rest 30 minutes.
6. Preheat oven to 350º F.
7. Scoop dough onto lined cookie sheets (approx 2 tablespoons per cookie) and bake for 12 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
