2 c. Mashed Potatoes
2½ c. Sugar
8 tsp. Melted Lard
5 Eggs
8½ c. Flour
12 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Nutmeg
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
With a mixer combine everything together until a rollable dough is formed. On a floured surface roll the dough to about ½" thick, flouring dough as needed. Use a donut cutter to cut out the donuts and donut holes. Heat oil in a large pan to 375º on medium heat. Drop the donuts and holes into the hot oil frying about 2 minutes on each side. Transfer to a wire rack to cool for 1 minute then dip into sugar or cinnamon sugar.
