6 slices rye bread
1 pound corned beef (chopped or shredded)
1 14 oz jar sauerkraut (drained)
4 C shredded swiss cheese
2 tsp caraway seeds
1 C chopped dill pickles
1 C milk
3 large eggs (beaten)_
⅓ C thousand island dressing
¼ C mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Take 4 slices of bread and cut into cubes.
Place remaining slices of bread into food processor and pulse into fine breadcrumbs.
Spread cubed bread into the bottom of the baking dish. Cover with half of the corned beef.
The top with drained sauerkraut, chopped pickles and 1 tsp caraway seeds. Sprinkle with 2 cups of cheese.
Top with remaining corned beef and push down to compact.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and 1 tsp caraway seeds.
Whisk together milk, eggs, dressing and mustard. Top with breadcrumbs.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and broil for 5 minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes, and enjoy.
