Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c fresh basil leaves
2 garlic cloves
1/2 c pine nuts
3/4 c parmesan cheese
3/4 c olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor chop basil and garlic; add pine nuts and process until forms a thick paste. Add cheese mixture will be really thick. While processor is running, very slowly pour in oil and process until mixture is consistency of creamed butter. Store in refrigerator. Run a thin film of olive oil over top before storing. Can be frozen. If freezing do not add cheese until you are ready to use.
