1 tbsp canola oil
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
4 oz can chopped green chilies
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 can Chicken broth
3 c chopped cooked Chicken breast
3 cans white beans
1 c Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large saucepan over medium low heat. Slowly cook and stir until tender. Mix in the garlic, chilies and spices. Continue to cook and stir until mixture is tender about 3 minutes. Mix in the chicken brother, chicken and beans. Simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Slowly stir in cheese until melted. Serve warm.
