Graham cracker pie crust
1 ½ quart of fresh strawberries washed and sliced
1 cup sugar
4 tsp cornstarch
1 cup water
1 small box of strawberry jello
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until it thickens but not too thick – after it cools a couple minutes stir in strawberry jello – put sliced strawberries in the graham cracker pie crust – after the strawberry mixture has cooled pour over strawberries and refrigerate. Just before serving your pie, put Kool Whip in heaping mounds over the top of strawberries.
