1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans chopped
1 stick butter melted
¼ cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a sauce pan – add coconut, pecans, butter, milk, vanilla, and sugar to sauce pan and stir over low heat until well mixed – put on cake immediately after taking it out of the oven – put under the broiler a few minutes to brown
