1 loaf white bread – crest removed (I use Pepperidge Farm). Cut each slice into quarters.
1 package 3 ounce • cream cheese
1 package 10 ounce • Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar
1 stick margarine or butter
2 egg whites stiffly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cream cheese cheddar and butter in top of double boiler until well mixed. Cool just a trifle. Fold in egg whites cheese mixture. Dip bread until well coated.

Chill on cookie sheet overnight.
Can be frozen after puffs have chilled for a few hours.
Bake until lightly browned – about 15 minutes at 400° oven.
