4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. Prepared horseradish
1 tsp. Prepared mustard
2 tsp. Chives
4 - 8 inch flour tortillas
8 oz. shaved deli beef
1 1/4 cups grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients well in small bowl. Divide and spread on tortillas. Lay beef over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll each up as tight as possible. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for at least an hour. Trim ends then slice each roll into 10 slices.
