14 slices raisin cinnamon bread
4 large eggs
2 cups 2% milk or whole milk
½ cup sugar
1 fl oz brandy
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp chopped crystallized ginger
½ cup craisins (cherry juice infused)
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl – add milk, sugar, and brandy – whisk - sprinkle cinnamon and ginger into egg mixture – add raisins/craisins – cut bread into 1 inch pieces make sure to break up the bread and mix gently – mix in the rest of the bread and press it down into the egg mixture to make sure it is well covered – leave the pudding mixture and let sit for 15 minutes (make sure the bread soaks up as much of the mixture as possible) – spray baking dish with cooking spray - when bread is soaked and oven is hot, pour pudding mixture into dish – bake
at 350 º for 45 -50 minutes in a 9’ x 13’ baking dish – when it is cooked, a knife can be inserted and should come out clean.
