Ingredients:  
4 cups carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut up
2 tsp. Onion flakes
1 tbsp. Butter
1/4 cup corn flakes, crushed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots and place in casserole dish. Melt soup, cheese, butter and onion flakes. Pour over carrots. Top with 1/4 cup corn flake crumbs. Bake in oven @ 350º F uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes.

* If you find sauce is too thick for your liking thin with a bit of milk.
