Garlic and Herb Roasted Potatoes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp thyme
¾ tsp sea salt
½ tsp garlic powder
Coarsely chopped rosemary
Chopped onions if desired
2 lb baby red potatoes
2 TBSP olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and cook for 30 to 35 minutes
Mix all spices in a small bowl – cut potatoes and roll in bowl to coat with spice mixture – cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil – spread olive oil onto the tin foil - spread potatoes on foil in a single layer – bake until tender and golden brown
