1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups rice crispies
2 cups oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar and corn syrup over medium heat until it starts to bubble, then remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter mixing well.

Pour over rice crispies and oatmeal.

Press into 9x13 pan for thick scotcharoos or into a jelly roll pan for thin scotcharoos.

Combine chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in double boiler or in a glass dish for microwave. Melt

Spread over top of rice crispy mixture.
