Saute:
4 Cloves Garlic - Minced

Add: Flax Egg
Then Blend in Food Processor with:

1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley - Chopped
3 Tbsp Vegan Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
2 Tsp Coconut Sugar
1/2 Tsp ground Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Cumin
Pinch Salt & Pepper
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice (½ Lemon)
1 Tsp Olive Oil

Add 1 15 Oz. Can Chickpeas - drained, rinsed and dried and blend until dough forms.

Directions:
Directions:
Scoop out heaping 1 Tbsp and form into balls. (about 15)
Roll into coating.
Coating: 3 Tbsp Panko + 2 Tbsp Vegan Parmesan Cheese.

Heat Skillet - add enough oil to coat bottom. Brown fritters on all sides (about 4-5 minutes total)

Transfer to baking sheet.
Bake 375º oven 12-15 minutes.

They should be golden brown and fairly firm. They will firm up more as they cool.

Serve with Tahini Dressing.
