1 pkg bacon
1 loaf very fresh bread
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut bacon slices into thirds.
2. Cut crusts from bread.
3. Spread each slice with cream of mushroom soup and cut each slice in half. Alternately, you can also cut the bread slices in half before spreading with mushroom soup.
4. Roll up bread slice from the short end and wrap with bacon. Secure with toothpick.
5. Bake in 300º oven for 1 hour.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I prefer to use a broiler pan or a baking rack in a jelly roll pan, so bacon grease can drain instead of the roll-ups baking in grease. Smells so good while cooking.
