3 Tbsp lemon juice

4 c. cooked cut up chicken
1 c. sliced celery
generous 1/4 c. chopped small green onion
1/4 c. diced roasted almonds
1 cup seedless grapes halved

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
scant 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbs sour cream
a few Tbs of whipping cream (as needed to thin out sauce)

Directions:

1. In medium bowl pour lemon juice over chicken - add other ingredients, add sauce, then toss and chill. Best served on croissants. :)

(Variation: Use diced apples and pecans instead of grapes and almonds.)

This is my version of the chicken salad recipe a good friend's grandma has used for decades. It's delicious. I make it for baby showers, etc.
