½ c (1 stick) butter
⅔ c Hershey's Cocoa powder
3 c powdered sugar
⅓ c milk
1 t vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating on medium speed to spreading consistency. Add more milk, if needed. Stir in vanilla. Finish beating on medium speed. Spread frosting on cake.

Frost the Hershey's Prize Chocolate Cake. This recipe was on a Hershey's Cocoa container.
