6 oz. box lime jello
1 c. boiling water or use pineapple juice
20 oz. cream cheese (cubed) - softened
1 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz. pecans (chopped, toasted, divided)
whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set aside. In a small saucepan, bring juice to a boil. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Remove from the heat; cool slightly. Blend cream cheese. Transfer to a large bowl; stir in gelatin mixture until blended. Stir in the pineapple and 3/4 cup pecans. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into your favorite jello mold. Refrigerate until set. Sprinkle with remaining pecans.
Decorate with whipped cream, cherries and lettuce.

** Mom used to make this for all holidays, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas!
