1⅓ c. Flour
½ tsp. Salt
½ c. Shortening
3-4 Tbsp. Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour and salt in a small bowl. Mix in shortening. Sprinkle in 1 Tbsp. of water at a time until flour is moistened. Gather dough into a ball, flatten on cutting board and roll out with floured rolling pin. Roll 2" larger than the pie plate. Fill the plate and trim excess dough.
