Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts Recipe

1 pound Brussel Sprouts
1 pound Bacon
1/2 cup Maple syrup
3 TB Brown sugar
salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400º

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil & set aside
Trim the stem end of the brussel sprouts & set into a bowl, then sprinkle with salt & pepper

Cut strips of bacon in half & wrap around each sprout, securing with a toothpick. Lay them on baking sheet

In a small bowl, mix syrup & sugar. Mix well then brush on top of sprouts

Bake for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through - the bacon should be crispy & the sprouts tender.
Remove from oven & place on a serving dish. Can pour any remaining glaze over top if desired.
