Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
½ can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup grated American cheese
1 egg well beaten
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp grated onions
Salt and pepper
Breadcrumbs unseasoned mixed with melted butter (enough to cover the top)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Cook broccoli according to directions: combine cooked and well drained broccoli, mushroom soup, cheese, egg, onion, salt and pepper: mix well: put in a casserole dish and sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top: cook for about 20 minutes or until when you put a toothpick in center and it comes out clean.

For a crowd I will double and sometimes even triple the recipe. This does affect the cooking time and the toothpick test is important - the depth of the mixture in the bowl also effects the cooking time.
