Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Baking Powder
4 T. Milk or Half and Half
2 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light, but not stiff. Add cream, salt, and baking powder. Add enough flour to make the dough quite stiff. Roll out until thin on floured surface and let it dry 20 min. Then roll the dough up and cut the size you like. I put newspapers over the back of my kitchen chairs. Then unroll the dough slices and draped over them. I let them get completely dry before using. What isn't used in soup, I put in containers and put them in the freezer. For a small batch, cut in half.
