2 c. Crushed Pretzels
1/4 c. Sugar
1 1/2 c. Melted Margarine
8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
6 oz. pkg. Strawberry Jello
2 c. Hot Water (or pineapple juice)
2 (10 oz.) pkg. Strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crushed pretzels, sugar and margarine. Press into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip. Spread over pretzel mixture, sealing to the edge of dish. Dissolve jello in hot water. Add strawberries. Let it partially jell. Spread over cream cheese layer.
This is also good enough to be used as a dessert!
