Holiday Candy: PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

Melt 1 +1/2 sticks of butter, mix 1+1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, stir in one box of white powdered sugar. Mix well and then roll up in small balls. Let set in the refrigerator and/or freezer to harden. Then melt almond bark or chocolate chips with parafin. Using tooth pick dip balls into chocolate & place on wax paper.

This is a recipe that my mother has made every Christmas. I've had the same recipe that included rice cripsy cereal and chunky peanut butter and it was good prepared that way as well.
