1 3/4 c. edamame peas cooked until tender
1/3 c. tahini
2 T. olive oil
2 T. lemon juice
1 garlic clove - crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the edamame until very tender. Place all ingredients in a Cuisinart and blend well.
Taste and if necessary, add more olive oil and/or lemon juice. Serve with crisp pita chips.
