4 large sweet Vidalia onions
1 stick butter
4 beef bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Peel onion and core the inside of each onion. Stick one beef bouillon cube in the center and top with 2 Tbsp butter. Cover with foil and place on the back of the grill. The onions are done by the time the meat is done.
