• 12 Eggs
• 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
• 12 Eggs
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp. grated parmesan
• 1 Tablespoon spicy mustard
• 2 tbsp. Grated Parmesan
• 1 tbsp. Spicy Mustard
• Paprika (to sprinkle)

*Optional: Black and/or Green Olives sliced for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
• Place eggs in a pot; pour enough water over the eggs to cover.
• Cover and turn stove to high; bring to a boil; turn off heat and place pot on a cool burner.
• Let the pot sit with the cover on for 15 minutes.
• Meanwhile, fill a large bowl halfway with cold water; transfer the eggs from the pot to the cold water.
• Replace the water with cold water as needed to keep cold until the eggs are completely cooled. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before peeling.
• Peel the hard-cooked eggs, and cut in half lengthwise.
• Remove yolks to a small bowl.
• Mash egg yolks with mayonnaise and parmesan.
• Stir in mustard.
• Fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture and refrigerate until serving.

Optional:

* Slice green and/or black olive slices to garnish each egg
* You can put the egg mixture in a pastry piping bag to fill eggs if you want it to be decorative
