2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 Cup sugar free applesauce
3/4 cup honey
2 Eggs, beaten
3 Mashed overripe bananas
1 Cup chopped Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease Large (9x5) loaf pan

In a large bowl, combine flour, baing soda, and salt.
In another large bowl beat eggs, then add applesauce and honey, mix well, then add mashed banana.mix until well blended.

Combine both mixtures and stir just enough to moisten. Add nuts if desired.
Pour into prepared loaf pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 60-65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Let bread cool in pan for ten minutes, then turn out onto a wire cooking rack.
