Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My Uncle Al taught me 3 important things about cooking:

1. How to make soup from a left over turkey bones Thanksgiving week
2. How to grill just about anything on the barbeque
3. How to make proper Italian Sausage & Peppers w/Onions

Uncle Al was like a father to my sister and I. Naturally, our boys called him Pop-Pop. We miss him terribly but any time I smell sausage and/or peppers cooking, it brings back the fondest of memories.
