2 cups Bisquick mix
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, mix Bisquick mix and sugar together. Add milk, egg and oil. Mix well. Fold in crushed pineapple. Fill greased or lined muffin pan 2/3 full. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.
