Ingredients:
Ingredients:
½ cup olive oil
½ cup ranch dressing
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning ( or to taste) ( I use Tony Chachere's Creole)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. white vinegar
¼ tsp. ground black pepper ( or to taste)
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinade well in glass measuring cup. Place chicken breasts in zip lock bag and pour in marinade- coating chicken. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Grill or pan fry.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe can be halved and will still be enough to coat 4 average sized chicken breasts. The amount of Cajun seasoning listed will result in a spicy marinade. I use much less for just a touch of flavor.
