1 c. flour
½ c. old fashioned rolled oats
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. butter, softened
2 eggs
¾ c. sugar
1 16 oz. can pumpkin
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 t. cinnamon
½ t. salt
½ t. ginger
½ t. cloves
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients and beat at low speed until crumbly. Press on bottom of 9” x 13” glass pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

Combine next eight ingredients and beat at medium speed until smooth. Immediately pour over baked crust and continue baking 20 minutes.

Stir together brown sugar and pecans. Sprinkle over baked filling. Continue baking 15 to 25 minutes or until filling is firm to touch.

Cool completely. Cut into squares and serve with whipped cream.
