1 lb. ground beef, uncooked
2 Tbsp ice cold water
2 Tbsp taco seasoning mix
1 cup cheddar cheese
3/4 cup crushed tortilla chips
2 oz black olives, chopped
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp taco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Mix taco seasoning and ice water. Mix moistened seasoning with ground beef. Using a tart shaper or melon baller, place ground beef into mini-muffin pans. Mix tortilla chips, olives, sour cream and taco sauce. Fill each muffin with 1/2 tsp of mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Best when served immediately.
