1 cup Long Grain and Wild Rice
(I use the box of Uncle Ben's and toss the flavoring packet)
1 lb. hamburger browned
1 cup chopped celery
¼ cup onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
Dash of soy sauce
Can add red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything in a baking dish and cook at 350 for about 1 to 1½ hours. You can use all mushroom soup or cream of chicken for one soup. If dry, add more water.
