1, 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese, softened...
8 oz. of sour cream, 1 cup....
1, 1 oz. packet of ranch salad dressing mix...
1, 10 oz. can of diced tomatoes and green Chile’s, well-drained...
2 T cilantro, about 6 sprigs...
Juice of 1/2 lime, 1 T....

Process all ingredients in food processor for 30 seconds or until smooth and well blended...
Serve with fresh veggies, broccoli, cauliflower or baby carrots...I prefer to serve with tortilla chips, blue is best and not corn tortilla chips, the flour ones are much better...

I use Ro-Tel tomatoes with green Chile’s...
Can use mild, medium or hot, your choice..

If you don’t know what your guests prefer, I suggest using the mild or medium tomatoes

I let it rest about an hour to meld the flavors, keep out of fridge until all are done with chips and dip...

Cold beer is very good with this or a shooter of Tequila....
