1 IB Ground Beef
1 med. onion
1tsp. Garlic or small clove
Salt & Pepper to taste
Pinch of thyme & savoury
3 Tbsp. Flour
1 Can of Tomato Soup & 1 soup can of water
Dash of Worcester
2 med Carrots
3 med. Mashed potatoes (can save time if already cooked
1. Egg lightly beaten
1/2 Cup. Milk
1 Carton Beef broth
1/2 Cup. Grated or already shredded chesse
1-2 Tbsp Parmesan
1-2. Tbsp cornflake or ritz crumbs

Directions:
Cook Ground Beef, sauté in onions and garlic, seasonings , flour. Make and add Beef broth. Add wor. & carrots.Simmer partly cover 20 min till carrots are tender Salt and Pepper to taste. Spread in casserole dish. Add mashed potatoes, milk and egg to top. Add cheese and Cornflake crust to top last.

Bake at 400 for 15 mins to melt cheese
