4 cups crushed Oreo cookies(about 40) 1/4 cup butter, melted
1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/4 to 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
green or red food coloring

In a large bowlm toss crushed cookies with melted butter.Reserve 1/4 cup mixture for topping
press remaining mixture into the bottom of 9" springform pan or 13x9 dish.
Freeze 10 minutes. spread ice cream over crust & freeze, covered, until firm.

In a bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form. In large bowl, mix marshmellow, milk, extract & food coloring until blended. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over ice cream , sprinkle with left over cookis mixture or crushed peppermint candies.
