2 jars of un marinated artichoke hearts
1 clove of garlic, minced
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayo
¾ cup parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

Preheat ovent o 375º

Drain and chop the artichoke hearts. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through. Serve with tortilla chips or crakers.
