1/2 cup frozen spinach, chopped, fine...
8 oz. cream cheese, softened...
1/2 cup graded Parmesan cheese, plus 2 T for topping...
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese...
1 t Chile flakes...
1 t dried oregano...
1 t fresh minced garlic...
1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts...
36 oz. bag of Brazilian Cheese Bread, use 15 pieces and reserve the rest in freezer...
Pinch of salt and fresh ground pepper...

Preheat oven to 400º....
Squeeze out excess water from the chopped spinach...
Be sure it is finely chopped...
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese(softened)1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Chile flakes, oregano, salt, pepper artichoke hearts and spinach, mix this well...taste it, use small amount of salt and freshly ground pepper(to your taste)...I use very little...
Lightly coat an 8 or 9 inch pie pan with a cooking spray, I use Pam, butter spray...
Place the Brazilian bread bites around the outer edge of plate...
Spoon the dip you mixed up in center of plate, now spread to edge of the Brazilian bread bites...
Sprinkle the 2 t of Parmesan cheese over top of dip and bread bites...
Bake in oven for 27 to 32 minutes, pull out when bread bites and dip have some golden brown coloring to all....
Let rest 3 or 4 minutes, enjoy!

Must be sure cream cheese is at room temperature when ready to mix...I use a hand mixer only...
Remember bread is filled with cheese, cheese gets very hot be careful with that first bite, very good with a cold beer...
