11/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
2/3 cup melted butter
3 tbsp brown sugar

Filling
1 (14 oz) can condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup key lime juice

Chocolate coating
11/2 cups chocolate chips
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, mix graham crackers, melted butter, and brown sugar until combined. Place 1 to 2 tbsp of mixture into 12 muffin tins press in.
In a medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice until smooth.
Pour about 1/4 mixture on top of graham crackers in each tin.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool for about 10 minutes and then place in the freezer for at least 3 to4 hours.
In small bowl combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil and microwave in 30 second interval, stirring in between til melted and blended.
Dip totally frozen pies into chocolate, shaking gently to remove excess.
Return pies to freezer til chocolate sets.
Serve
