Ingredients:  
3 lbs. chicken wings
1 to 2 beaten eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup of butter

Sauce;
6 tbsp. soya sauce
6 tbsp. water
1 1/2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cuts wings, dip into beaten eggs and then dip in flour. Fry in butter [yes butter] until brown and crisp. Put the wings into shallow roasting pan and pour sauce over wings.
Bake at 250-300 degrees for 1 hour. Spoon sauce over wings while cooking
